Every Christmas the story started... Grandpa would say, “One good day, 18 June, 1899, one special train left a small village...”

Joseph Perfetto sailed to the United States and settled in Pennsylvania where he worked in the coal mines. A few years later Alphonse Costibile came to the states to marry a friend of Joseph. Fate had another plan and Joseph and Alphonse were married in 1910.

For years the family would sit and listen to stories about their home in Italy, their travels to the states, and how very proud they were to become citizens of our country. As our family grew, we were raised with the Perfetto
traditions, values, and most of all, the Perfetto Italian recipes.

Today, it is our pleasure to share with you some of these family traditions, values, and our family recipes.
